The Woodward Electric Water Metering Valve (EWMV) controls water flow rate to the combustion stages of industrial gas turbines for NOx emission reduction. Similar to the ELMV in design, the EWMV features a specially selected ceramic throttling regulator engineered to withstand the harsh cavitation environment created when controlling water across a high pressure drop.
