The Peak200 is Woodward’s cost-effective digital control for small single valve or single valve-rack industrial steam turbines. It replaces the retired Peak 150 as a direct form-fit-function upgrade.
Designed to start, stop, control, and protect steam turbines or turbo-expanders driving compressors, pumps, or industrial fans. The integrated 5″ graphical operator panel serves as both a programming station and operator interface, with password-protected configuration access.
The Peak200 includes Woodward’s patented adaptive PID controller for automatic calculation of optimum dynamic gains. Its PID-to-PID logic enables stable control and bumpless mode transfers during plant upsets, minimizing overshoot and undershoot.
