F‐Series ITB Integrated Actuator and Throttle Body (48, 60, 68 mm)

The Woodward F-Series ITB (Integrated Throttle Body) is designed to throttle air or air/fuel mixtures for gaseous engines in industrial and on-highway service. It directly replaces traditional throttle valves with no linkage between valve and actuator, eliminating setup, non-linearity, and wear problems associated with mechanical linkages. Available in 48, 60, and 68 mm bore sizes with a built-in return spring compliant with US DOT 571.124.

  • Integrated butterfly valve with F-Series electric actuator

  • SAE J1939 CANbus protocol
  • 0–5 Vdc configurable position feedback (TPS)
  • FSTP: relay driver fault output, Run Enable/Key Switch discrete input
  • Operating range: 10–32 Vdc, –40 to +105 °C
