The Woodward LS-5 Series are synchronizer and circuit-breaker controls with integrated mains decoupling and protection. Paired with easYgen-3400XT/3500XT genset controllers over a single CAN bus, they manage synchronization, load sharing, and breaker control across multiple mains feeders, bus-tie, and group breakers, and can also run stand-alone as a synch-check relay. The current generation is the Ethernet-capable LS-6XT, described below.

Current Generation: LS-6XT
The LS-6XT (P/N 8440-2222) is Woodward’s latest smart breaker control, evolving the LS-4, LS-5, and LS-5V2 line. It adds redundant CAN-plus-Ethernet and Ethernet-plus-Ethernet communication, enhanced LogicsManager with AnalogManager, easYlite-200 remote annunciator support, and configuration over standard USB or Ethernet without a DPC cable. A single LS-6XT controls up to 64 breakers stand-alone and scales to large multi-bus systems with the GC-3000XT group controller and easYgen-3400XT/3500XT controllers. LS-6XT requires easYgen-3000XT firmware revision 2.10.x or later. Drake supports both LS-5 and LS-5V2 service and LS-6XT upgrades.
